The BE YOU talk has empowered people to talk and find resources across the nation. The story of HOPE is a collection of stories, anecdotes and personal breakthroughs expressed in a poetic, inclusive and relatable way. Ant has been trained by licensed professionals in the mental health space to deliver this talk safely.

The focus is to bring awareness to anxiety, depression and therapy. Ant is on a beautiful mission to spread a message of hope through his message and use the proceeds to fuel mental health research, education, advocacy and talk sessions. 

Anthony shared his inspiring and infectious energy by delivering an empowering message to always “Be You” for my students in his guest lecture.

Powerful. In awe.. I was so moved. Everyone was captivated! It's refreshing to hear a relatable voice. His genuine emotion and passion sparks a real connection with his audience. I was on the side of the stage watching the almost 3,000 people listen to your words and you truly captivated them, and you set the tone with your passion, truth, and optimism––it was beyond moving.
